After having my first baby, I felt overwhelmed at the thought of getting back into a training routine, and figuring out what to eat to get back to a place where I was confident in my body. Alana made everything really easy. Her nutrition program was flexible and balanced and didn't leave me feeling deprived or feeling like I was on a 'diet.' I loved her recipe books too!

When I turned 62, I knew I needed to make a lifestyle change. I’d been doing the same workout routine for as long as I could remember and had lost my excitement for working out.
Alana's 1:1 programming has been incredible. I love how she includes a detailed warm up, varied workout styles and includes mobility work. She also provides weekly feedback on my workouts and answers any questions I have about nutrition. If I know I'm going out for dinner, she'll help me pick out the healthiest meal options beforehand and provides a list of the best options I can choose from if I have to defer to take-out or fast food ever. I've found this so helpful!
I also really look forward to our weekly check in calls too. These have really helped me stay motivated and keep on track.
